Who We Are
Altiorem Legal Services is a Utah legal-writing practice run by Phillip Aguirre, a paralegal. Altiorem is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It drafts documents for attorneys, who review, sign, and file them.
Since 2018, Altiorem has prepared pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, letters, and research memos for attorneys in Utah and in other jurisdictions. Work samples and letters of recommendation are provided upon request.

Our Story
Altiorem started in 2018 as one paralegal’s drafting practice, and that is what it still is. The work is research, analysis, and writing, done carefully, delivered on time, and priced by the hours it takes.
Meet Phillip Aguirre
Phillip Aguirre is a paralegal with about twelve years of experience in legal research and writing. He holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Ensign College (then LDS Business College), where he graduated valedictorian. He is a native Spanish speaker. He is not an attorney.
